Excellent service highly recommend

You might want to hear about my truly terrible experience with Cargiant before you decide for yourself.

It’s been over three months of nothing but hassle dealing with these folks! They really act like a cowboy operation.

I wish I had never made the choice to buy from Cargiant. It’s been a nightmare since I forked over 16.5k upfront for a car that’s supposed to have under 30k on the clock. Right off the bat, I noticed problems like noisy brakes, steering issues, and more. The noisy brakes were apparent during the test drive, and I was promised they’d be fixed by the time I picked it up. But when I went to collect it, I was told it was just moisture on the discs and pads, and it would clear up after about 10 miles. If it didn’t, I was told to bring it back. I immediately contacted the After Sales team to explain everything, but they didn’t want to take responsibility. They just kept passing me around and suggested I go to a local garage instead. Honestly, the After Sales team seems pretty useless; they’re just trained to listen to complaints without offering any real solutions. They lack empathy and just play delay games, giving me ridiculously long wait times for appointments to even look at the car, completely ignoring the stress I’m under.

In the three months since I bought the car, it’s been to Kwikfit three times for diagnostics and to Cargiant’s workshop three times as well, but they haven’t managed to fix anything. Cargiant has had my car for a total of four weeks in those three months, and still, no success! I’ve asked to return the car, but the After Sales team is still dragging their feet.

I could’ve bought from any other dealer or even a private seller, but I picked Cargiant expecting top-notch service. Now, I feel really let down and disappointed. I regret my choice!

It feels like I’ve been robbed of my hard-earned cash by Cargiant.

I just got a car from Cargiant, and let me tell you, the service was top-notch! Siya Poswa was incredibly helpful and super patient throughout the entire process. I’d definitely suggest purchasing from them!

Jagdeep Bhakar, the Sales Advisor, was super helpful and made sure everything went smoothly and without any fuss.

We made a 300-mile trek to Cargiant to pick up a vehicle we had reserved. Unfortunately, we decided against it due to some minor panel damage that wasn’t clear in the online images. But our Sales Advisor, Mohammad Almaarefawi, was incredibly supportive. He helped us find another vehicle that was just right for us - that’s the advantage of having so many options available. The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable, and we’d definitely recommend this company to others. Mo is truly a gem for the Car Giant team. Don’t pay attention to the naysayers. Keep your expectations in check and treat folks how you want to be treated, and you’ll find this is a fantastic place to shop. We were back on the road within four hours of getting there - not too shabby considering we checked out two cars and took one for a spin. Even the lady at the diner was super nice, whipping up fresh chips for us because she thought the ones on display didn’t look great! Hats off to Mohammad Almaarefawi and kudos to Cargiant.

I had no clue what I was in for until I arrived, and I was really surprised by how efficient it was. Sure, there was a bit of waiting, but I get that all the paperwork needed to be sorted out. In the end, I drove home with a car I absolutely love! Tanvir Hussain was great; he went over everything with me.
